Project 3 Week 1 - Architecture Theory

"The exploration of discarded ideas in architecture as a reflection on current designs and act as an inspiration for better designs in the future."

This is the theory that I generated during the first week after seeing an article form ArchDaily:

Alternative Realities: 7 Radical Buildings That Could-Have-Been

Later on in the project development, I came across another article about Daniel Libeskind by ArchDaily which focused on his style and work.

From the reading, I noticed a few key words:

Angular, Intersecting, Diagonally-sliced

From that, I generated another theory that would better suit this project:

"Angular and intersecting forms as a monumental style in modern architecture."
